Just got it in the mail today. I plugged it into my computer and it keeps connecting and disconnecting. I have a new HTC Incredible and the data cable that came with it works fine in the same computer. On the phone the connection windows comes up and disapears. I even tried it on a co-workers HTC Incredible and the same thing happens.Considering this thing only cost a few bucks it would cost me even more money to send it back for a refund.
All in all this is a very poor product and isn't HTC Incredible compatible. I wonder what the good reviewers are using or if they are just company employees getting a bonus. This isn't professional grade or better performing than the origninal!
If your using a HTC Incredible try a different product. I think I'll get one from the Verizon store, at least I'll know it will work or they get me a one that will.
