I have for years been pleased with Trendnet products until this one. I don't think there is anything wrong with the units at all (I had 2 of them). I'm sure it works fine for what it was built for.Which ISP's that is what's a mystery. It is NOT compatible with many ISP. If you call the help desk, you'll get a camel jocky who reads from a CD but won't really be able to help you. They just keep saying the units are defective.
After a total of 4.5 hrs on the phone over two days, they said a higher level tech would call. After a week------no call and they have no record of my calls. The nicest thing I can say is that they are morons.
