Cisco-Linksys EG1064 Instant Gigabit Network Adapter (64-bit) Review
It may be a good NIC but it does not have a driver for Windows 2003 x64. I searched the web over and haven't found any luck, and their customer support also confirmed they don't even support Windows 2003 in general on this NIC.
