In comparing this to my stock broadcom wireless card in mylaptop, and my d-link wda 2320. I have to say this is a really huge upgrade. It virtually it puts my pc right b-side the router. When my router is, kinda like up the street and around the corner. I haven't compared it to the gsky or the AWUS036H, wich i hear is really good. I'm not sure if its really pushing 2000w. but, -2000w's just sounds kinda of creepy, may i suggest 100ft extension cable.
ps the 9db antenna, is a stoney jackson! I can say makes a good miniature pool stick.
