Ordered this cable for my Zen, so I could use it in my car with the Sync system, Well, let me tell you, if you have a sybc system in your vehicle do not order this cable, it completely locks up the entire system. I contacted customer service & explained exactly what I was using the cable for & was told "It must be a defective cable" so they sent another cable & it acted the same exact way. I contacted them again & they told me it was designed to work on a computer, it should work with your system. I again explained to the person, that I was using it in my car which has a USB port & all it does is Lock up the entire system, it kept reading it as a Aux. input, not a USB input. After that, the man on the phone told me to return the cable & they would refund my money, LESS SHIPPING & Handling. He couldn't explain why it wouldn't work in my car & he seemed to really not care, as a matter of fact he got a little rude with me in the last E-mail from them. I went to Radio Shack & in a matter of minutes had the proper cable, Which by the way looked no deferant from the "Classic Straight USB Cable, except it plugged right into my player & the USB port. After all that run around, I will never order from this seller again.
