This is a great item but confusing in the beginning there is little or no customer support basically this item is plug and play using the ip address and password on the bottom of the unit. i also found out that you must have a wired connection to a modem to set up the 3G feature it is also worth it to use the install disk in the box i would recommend this to anyone who needs a travel modem I don't no if it works with apple products but it works well with XBOX live.3G Mobile Router 802.11 b,g,N Wide-Coverage WiFi Broadband Dual WAN Router with 3G Budget Control great for Home Travel and RV's Overview
