I will make this easy... Don't buy this switch !I have 5 of them...worst mistake I have made in many years.
Ports lock up only way to get them back is to reset the switch
all 48 devices go offline (really bad), the printers come
back well enough, but then the phone calls from users telling
me they can't connect to network resources and my SOP.. logoff
or restart your machine. The network traffic monitor (LOL)
I turned it off ... Spoke with tech support numerous times,
please check firmware updates, please check cables and so on..
Soon I will have to eat the bullet and tell my boss we have to replace them.
Maybe I can tie them all together and use as a boat anchor or maybe
get a tax deduction and contribute them to the artificial reef project!
