I ordered this outer because I needed to be sure I had good WiFi reception in a back office, so wanted something with a good range. The price made me doubt the long range claims, but was so low I took the chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Great range. I had trouble setting up the router when I got it, and called customer service. They worked with me over the phone, and when I still could not get connected, sent me a new router that they had pretested to be certain it was not an equipment issue. (It wasn't - I just wasn't doing something right. They included a UPS call tag, to return to first router at their expense. Do not hesitate to order this router - or anything from this seller.
