I have the same 4402 setup up as a (WDS)repeater. It works great with my X6 router. I looked up Zoom FAQ and got the detail instruction how to setup the WDS (repeater). It is straight forward instruction. No time I got it up and running. I setup the device at building one with the X6 and building two with the 4402(WDS)(Repeater). That more than 50ft of distance. It works perfectly fine. Reset the device back to factory default setting and give it another try. If that don't work, you might have a faulty unit and return for RMA.Below is the link to the Zoom FAQ site. LoL. Hope this help...
